LAW3116: Law of Matrimonial Regimes, Liberalities and Successions

The module of matrimonial regimes, liberalities and successions provides basic knowledge  and principles governing matrimonial regimes, liberalities and successions. It traces back  the evolution of matrimonial regimes, donations and  successions aspects in Rwandan framework. It furthermore provides problem-solving and critical thinking and analysis   skills to handle  issues relating to the legal cases in the field of matrimonial regimes, donations and successions. It more importantly implore the  need and foundation of protection of patrimonial rights of couples living in illegal unions.
