LAW3113 : Specific Contracts

Dear students, welcome to this module this module of Specific Contracts. it comprises eight units. In the process of learning you will need to have the Law governing contracts and your course materials of the general principles of law of contracts. By the end of this module, learners should be able to - Understand the basic principles of law of contracts; - Analyze and understand different specific contracts set out by the statutes; - Gain an understanding of the legislation that regulates specific contracts, - Understand principle guiding unnamed contract (study and drafting) The module comprises the following units: - Sale and Exchange Contracts, - Lease contract, - Loan contract, - Deposit contract, - Mandate contract, - Pledge and Suretyship, and compromise agreement (transaction)
