Project and Operations Management

This course provides students with methodologies, techniques and tools to design and manage projects, supply chains and operations in a broad range of manufacturing and service industries. Specific focus is given to small-medium businesses.

Topics covered include supply chain strategy, manufacturing systems, inventory management and warehousing, distribution and logistics, project planning, scheduling and control.
