Brief description of aims and content

Local Development Planning and Results-oriented Management explore and introduce into the features of governance through in-depth planning across different facets: government, national, and Districts. Although planning is a component, there is the integration of monitoring of the plans for corrective action at different government.  The module will further look at monitoring and evaluation which serves as guide to performance as enacted in the Performance Contract in Rwanda. The aim is to effectively improve on service delivery at local government whilst helping their citizens to grow professionally.
