BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF AIMS AND CONTENT

• To enable the student to understand the concept of Organization and related concepts including organization structure, parts of a complex organization, etc;

•To enable the student to define the part of an organization, organization structure, organization coordination mechanisms, etc;

•To enable the student to understand the types of organizations and their characteristics;

•To enable the student to understand and critically analyzedominant organization theories including the rational model, the behavioral, the contingent model,  the resource dependence theory, the new-institutional theory, etc;

• To develop in the student the ability to understand complex organization behaviors; 

• To familiarize students with the analysis of complex organizations; 
• To familiarize students with the analysis complex decision making in public institutions.
