SES6313: CONFLICT MANAGEMENT AND RESOLUTION

Brief description of aims and content

This module introduces students to systematic understanding of conflict management, including conflict analysis, mapping and transformation. It emphasizes contextual analysis and takes into consideration factors such as relationship dynamics and interrelation of factors influencing conflicts and peaceful interventions.  It also introduces students to the major theories in the field and provides them with an understanding of the main intervention approaches.
