PLS3111 GOVERNANCE AND LEADERSHIP

The module of Governance and Leadership is designed to enable students understand and discuss basic functions of a government and discuss the concept of governance and good governance, as well as the role of citizens in good governance.

It also allows students to know and define leadership, its different approaches and theories. In this regards, the module helps students understand what is leadership, who is a leader and what are the common practices of leaders.
