PAG4211: Leadership and Innovation in Public Institutions

This module aims at enabling the student to know and define leadership, innovation and public sector concepts; to describe leadership approaches and models, theories of leadership and leadership styles; to highlight sources of innovation in government, barriers to innovation in public sector context; to understand innovation strategies and process, and to describe the role/place of leadership for innovation in public sector.
