LAW1212: Constitutional Law & Political Institutions

This module is known as Constitutional Law and Political Institutions but most of the time we shorten it as “Constitutional Law”. It is a module of 15 credits all together and will normally be taught in about one month. The general prerequisites for this module are the basic general knowledge on the theory of constitutionalism in general; we talk about Constitutional Law in countries such as United Kingdom, France and United States of America.
