1.1 BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF AIMS AND CONTENT
This module aims to give the student an insight into the way that corporate property is managed within a wide range of organisations in the private, public and not-for-profit sectors. It will develop the concepts of corporate strategy and business planning, in order to demonstrate how property can be managed as a strategic resource.
1.2. LEARNING OUTCOMES
After successfully completing the module, students should be able to clearly know and understand the following:

1.1. The impact of property on an organization's main objectives;
1.2 The place of property resource in a corporate strategy framework;
1.3 How the property management function can be organized and the strengths and weaknesses of the various approaches;

2.1. Explain how corporate property can be monitored and controlled including identifying performance measures and supporting systems;
