LAW3115: International Humanitarian Law

The aim of this module is to imparts to students the knowledge of the law applicable in situations of armed conflicts. It furthermore brings learners to critically think and analyse case-laws and treaties relating to this field. It equips learners with problem-solving solution skills to help them to handle legal cases it the aforementioned field. This module covers the international legal and institutional frameworks relevant to regulate situations of armed conflicts.
