LAW2211: Property and Land Law

This module aims at helping students to know and understand the different aspects of Rwandan Law dealing with property in general and land in particular. With this module, students will be able to identify the different types of property, the modes of their acquisition and loss as well as the rights of people over such property. The property law unit will help students to grab all these aspects with particular focus on land given its central socio-economic importance in Rwanda.
