LAW3216: International Labour Law

International Labour Law aims at equipping students with an understanding of specific issues dealt in International Labour Law. It  introduces them to International Labour Law instruments, the way and forms in which international labour standards are implemented, and will affect national legal systems. It therefore provides them with a critical understanding of the influence that various international labour law sources can have on the practice of protecting social rights in countries.
