AGR9371: Small and Medium Entreprise Development

The Small and Medium Enterprise Development module aims to equip students with the knowledge, analytical skills, and practical tools needed to create, manage, support, and grow viable small and medium enterprises within the agribusiness sector. It integrates entrepreneurship, opportunity and feasibility analysis, business planning, finance, marketing, operations, human-resource management, innovation, risk management, investment appraisal, and sustainability, with emphasis on resilient and inclusive agri-enterprises in developing and emerging economies.
