As the name implies "Endodontia" (Study of the inside of the tooth), this module covers the endodontium (pulp) structure, functions, diseases,, their assessment, diagnosis and management. This is a Blended online, theoryand practical-based module that utilizes Classroom lecturesand demonstarations, Laboratory hand on Live Practical sessions and Online E-learning platform Moodle. It provides the student with the knowledge, cognitive and practical skills to assess, diagnose, and select the appropriate techniques to provide endodontic treatment as well as manage the complications thereof.
