Dear Participant, welcome to the Atomic and Molecular Physics course this semester, along with many other courses. As a prospective learner, you may have covered in the first and second years some courses that will be needed in the Atomic and Molecular Physics course. These courses provide a strong mathematical background (calculus, linear algebra) and basic quantum mechanics. Your familiarity with Python, leading to more confidence in computational applications, is expected in atomic and molecular Physics.
