LAW1213: General Criminal Law

 Aim of the Module

General Criminal Law Module aims at introducing students with the  and principles rules applicable to all crimes in general.  It covers subjects such as the principle of legality, elements of the crime,  criminal liability, defenses, inchoate offences and sentencing. The assessment of this module consists of formative assessment (50% ) and summative assessment (50% for a final exam).  E-tivities, Assignments, quizes and final exams and will assess the knowledge, different skills ( communication and analytical skills) and personal qualities.
