INTRODUCTION

As student in Masters of science in nursing sciences, ELM track who is expected to acquire knowledge , skills and analysis on how learning outcomes in nursing practice are influenced by the orientation, characteristics, and actions of those who teach and learn, as well as the resources and constraints within each context where the teaching and learning processes occur, It is in this regard that I am assigned to visit one of the existing course syllabus of advanced diploma program in nursing and analyzing it fulfills the required elements to facilitate the students and facilitator in the teaching and learning process and then redesign to meet the required elements.
