OT80251: Foundations of Occupational Therapy

The aim of this module is for the learner to become acquainted with the occupational therapy profession, the paradigms, philosophies and the cyclical process that forms the basis of occupational therapy thinking and acting. Clinical and scientific reasoning using occupational therapy concepts and models is implemented. This knowledge is applied using a client oriented approach to cases within the different occupational therapy domains.
