Evidence based practice ANT

This module examines the interaction of theory, research, and clinical expertise in the development of evidence-based anesthesia practice. 

Students develop the skills needed to identify relevant research and to critically appraise published studies to evaluate their quality and applicability to clinical practice. 

Students also gain an understanding of the research process, the critical appraisal of published research studies that use a variety of research designs, and the role of research in evidence-based practice.
