• Welcome to the module of EPS1245 Human Growth and Development. This module aims at providing students with knowledge and skills in human growth and development. It deeply explains the concept, principles, determinants, and theories of human growth and development. The module discusses the behavioral concomitants of physical, cognitive, socio-emotional, personality and moral changes at each stage of lifespan development from conception to late childhood. The role of educational psychologists, teachers, and parents/caregivers in ensuring typical human development is also discussed.
