OER_FED3141: School Programs and Professional Development for Teachers

This is an approach to teach education whereby the school is the site where teacher trainees acquire. School-based teacher education could be arranged as full-time pre-service or in-service or as a Continuous Professional Development (CPD) programme. Provide the opportunity to discover strong and weak points, advantages and disadvantages of educational system which are compared against the background of foreign Education system. The result of this leads to educational reform.
