MBP 6332 - Project Financing, Procurement and Contract

This module will offer to the students with opportunity to understand the theories of project finance, procurement and contract management and gain an enhanced understanding of assessing the role of project finance, procurement and contract management in the performance of a project. The study area would include project finance techniques, processes and practices; objectives of procurement and contract management, total cost of ownership, supplier evaluations, vendor rating, contract management and the public procurement procedures with its major principles, best practices and the national procedures.
