FED3142: MENTORSHIP IN EDUCATIONAL SETTINGS

This module aims at developing student teachers’ competences to advocate for, support and conduct mentorship activities in educational settings as well as in other relevant work contexts. By learning about the mentoring process, responsibilities, relationship between mentoring and other professional development activities, student teachers will recognize how mentoring enables education practitioners to become better educators and students to learn more successfully hence contribute in improving the quality of education.
