LAW2212 Law of Contract

The aim of this module is to equip students with a knowledge and understanding of principles and rules of Rwandan Contract Law, to make students aware of the core elements of a contract and to provide a comprehensive foundation for the study of other legal modules where a knowledge of contract law is necessary or desirable. Amongst other things, this module will examine how contracts are created and made enforceable, the classification of contract terms, the rules regarding the legality and enforceability of contract terms as well as the manner in which contracts may be enforced and/or terminated.
