This module aims at imparting the knowledge and skills required by the students on application of e-marketing as a marketing strategy. It aims at making students understand e-marketing as about, talking and about listening. Specifically, the objective is to make the student to understand that e-marketing is simply the use of electronic channels of communication to spread marketing messages. In addition students will understand that the greatest shift in e-marketing is not technological; but it is about the relationship between marketer and market. Students will also be aware that the Web provides the greatest ever-means for direct marketing.
