The present module aims at equipping students with an understanding of fungi and plants diversity. 

The module covers general concepts related to plants and fungi. It also focuses on principles of plants and fungi, characteristics of plants and fungi, nomenclature of plants, ecology of plants and fungi, reproduction in plants and fungi. Through the module, participants will discuss also the strategies of teaching and learning.
