The module introduces organizational behaviour concepts and theories, focusing on personality, attitudes, and their impact on performance. It explores organizational culture, power and politics, and negotiation processes. Students gain insight into group dynamics and interpersonal relationships to enhance organizational effectiveness.
Module Aim
This module aims at equipping learners with knowledge and understanding of laws and regulations that govern business transaction, including contract law, sale of goods, carriage of goods among others.

v Explain the fundamental concepts, purposes, sources, and legal systems of law.
v Analyze the formation, validity, performance, and discharge of contracts.
v Examine the legal principles governing the sale of goods, and transfer of their ownership.
v Evaluate the legal framework regulating the carriage of goods by land, water, and air).
Differentiate the various types of negotiable instruments and assess their uses in commercial transactions.
