This module provides an in-depth exploration of processes of curriculum development. It examines various approaches to designing, implementing, and evaluating curricula, with a focus on practical strategies for effective curriculum development and change. Students will critically analyze the factors that influence curriculum development, as well as the conditions necessary for successful curriculum implementation towards improved student learning. Emphasis is placed on the integral connection between curriculum implementation, teaching practices, and student learning outcomes. The students engage in designing unit plans or lesson plans in alignment with the existing curriculum goals and objectives.
