Fundamentals of Horticulture Module explores the history, classification, production practices, physiological principles, post-harvest handling, and marketing of major fruit and vegetable crops and cut flowers. This module is designed to provide students knowledge regarding environmental and cultural requirements of horticultural crops, and how those requirements impact the crop production and utilization by growers and industry personnel.
