Semester 2

The module will equip the learner with professional, management and leadership knowledge and skills in midwifery practice as well with competencies to provide culturally sensitive and evidence-based care during pregnancy, labor, postnatal and neonatal periods in the clinical setting. In addition, it will provide to the learner an overview of the basic principles of pharmacology from a midwifery perspective
