Agribusiness Enterprise Development and Management equips students with practical knowledge and skills to plan, establish, and manage viable agribusiness enterprises within changing economic and social environments. Through theory, real-world examples, and collaborative activities, students develop competencies in enterprise management, market and risk analysis, opportunity evaluation, financial decision-making, entrepreneurship, leadership, ethical practice, and sustainable agribusiness development in Rwanda and beyond.
