Semester I

 The student will understand the meaning of murals, its purpose in the society. They differentiate between a big painting and murals. They will use available materials to produce a mosaic mural and a painted mural on a big canvas.

CDE3111: Landscape Design (Residential)
Semester I

The course aims on students understanding the internal process of designing landscapes and residential gardens and parks in particular. Furthermore, residential landscape design projects include the recognition and the involvement of architectural components as the residential houses and built-up facilities. In class assignments and projects are directly related to this field (outdoor facilities of housing complexes and private house gardens in any size). 

CRD3112: Innovation Design
Semester I
Welcome to Innovation design

This course encourages among students design thinking and innovation. It gives the students a deeper understanding of how design business operates, by learning each of the processes first hand. Students from any skill can be exposed to other disciplines like architecture and engineering, thus giving them ability to apply design thinking in all aspects of the design industry.

Students will be exposed to idea generation which is universal to every discipline. Emphasis will be put on visualizing ideas towards a level that favours design to come in and actualize creative ideas into innovations.
