Semester 1

The aim of this component is to provide students with an understanding of the processes and management practices associated with the project management. The component is intended to train project managers whom are responsible for the planning, development, coordination and management of projects. Students should learn how to apply management principles to decisions with relevance to the Rwandese agricultural sector.
