Trimester 2

This module of "Fundamentals of Local Government" aims to explain the key concepts of local government, the pillars of local governance, an overview of the structure and functions of decentralized local government in Rwanda, and to discuss the options and challenges faced by decentralized local government in Africa and in Rwanda in particular.  

This introduction to psychology is part of the module of "Introduction to Philosophy, Sociology and Psychology"  for the students of the first year Political Sciences and History.
